Basharat Khan has worked extensively in Scotland and oversees. From publishing companies to community projects, Bash works closely with his clients and subjects to get the best out of any brief.

In his hometown, Glasgow, Bash has worked with the city’s Museums, Design Organisations, Street Level Photoworks, Scottish Academy of Asian Arts and a number of community organisations, providing a visual communication package to compliment the clients needs.

Bash Art Creative specialise in both photography – commercial studio and location; editorial; fine art; still life; and video production, from filming to post production.

Working from a studio in Glasgow’s East End Basharat Khan has immersed himself in the many cultures of the city’s vibrant art organisations and communities. He plays on a series of social themes to create a diverse range of projects, both photographic and film. He is passionate in his quest to empower communities through the force of visual communication, working with charities, local groups and commercial businesses.

His obsession has seen him travel far and wide, throughout Europe and Asia, working with groups to educate and embrace the media as well as on personal and commercial projects.

The wide range of techniques and finishes that Bash employs allows him to cover many genre of visual communication, from fine arts to editorial reportage, from the simplest but most expressive snap, to a finely-tuned exhibition piece. His experience across a range of sectors has led to many exciting opportunities abroad and closer to the colourful grittiness that is home.
